It's hard, but we are just trying to take it day by day! We try to do something different outside each day like chalk, bike riding or just jumping on the trampoline!
ReplyDeleteDoing okay. I like having my kids around more often. Hubby is still working, so no change with him being home. The only downside with having my sons home is that I'm cleaning more often and our food bill has skyrocketed. Thanks and keep well.
ReplyDeleteBeing an old retired lady who lives alone with fur baby, my routine is pretty much the same. Still take fur baby to the park everyday. Just started ordering my groceries to be delivered. I have a phobia about having my mouth and nose covered so no mask for me if I can avoid it. Need a haircut and fur baby needs his nails cut but other than that our routine is pretty much the same
ReplyDeleteI haven't stopped working but I miss my parents and friends. Lots of facetiming being done.
ReplyDeleteI think I'm handling social distancing pretty well. I have been watching TV, reading books and going for walks.
ReplyDeleteabfantom at yahoo dot com
I'm ok. Doing lots of baking and self-care.
ReplyDeleteI am normally home all the time, have no kids so it doesn't bother me at all
ReplyDeleteI'm really stressed, to be honest, because homeschooling and working from home at the same time is really hard! Anyway, hopefully they'll find a vaccine soon!
ReplyDeleteWe're managing, but it sure is difficult emotionally not being able to be around the people we love. People need other people!
ReplyDeleteI am trying to keep my sanity too but I have to admit I am going stir crazy and probably a bit grumpy at times.
ReplyDeleteWe're making the best of it. Trying hard to balance rest and activity to stay busy but not under pressure.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to get outside as much as possible.
ReplyDeleteI am doing several things to take care of myself.
ReplyDeleteEssential oils are a big help.
And I enjoy listening to YouTube Good Morning Music.
Also am trying to stay in the moment.
I am handling it very well surprisingly
ReplyDeleteJust trying not to get too stressed about it and taking it one day at a time.
ReplyDeleteI am not enjoying it at all. It's really annoying.
ReplyDeleteI'm crafting some more and working on painting.
ReplyDeleteI'm working from home, and enjoying not having the commute!
ReplyDeleteJust staying home and staying safe. Catching up on some good tv.
ReplyDeleteI am LOVING it. I am gardening and having a lot of time with the family. I am learning to make bread and cooking a lot more than I ever have. We spend a lot of time in the backyard and overall we have been pretty lucky that this has not had too much of a negative impact on us.
ReplyDeleteI'm getting so bored, but I am exercising and cleaning to keep me busy haha.
ReplyDeleteI'm retired so my life has not changed all that much.
ReplyDeleteIt's super difficult being at home all the time and trying to juggle working from home with "home-schooling" my son but I'm grateful that I CAN work from home and stay safe when many people can't.
ReplyDeleteTaking small chunks of time out of me working from home to one on one time with each of my 3, so less interruptions overall.
ReplyDeleteDoing well. Watching lots more TV and reading a lot more books
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to stay sane also. This house is beginning to close in on me though.
ReplyDeleteWe are doing pretty well. Trying to get outside and work in the garden and help the kids with their school work.
ReplyDeleteI'm doing good. Lots of TV and home made beauty treatments. Let it all be over!!
ReplyDeletefor me its not all that heard to do since i'm use to well just staying home all the time and well its ok just always have to find things to do to keep from going nut's lol
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to limit how often I'm out in public . I have been running errands for my mom and mother in law so they can stay safe.
ReplyDeleteI'm doing okay. I've been in a nursing home doing physical therapy after an infection in my leg went septic. I've basically learned to walk again. We are literally confined to our rooms. Everyone has to wear a mask. Our governor has just ordered everyone in a nursing home must be tested, residents and employees, so I'm told that's happening soon. A nursing home is a unique place to experience this quarantine because they've been hard hit. Our administrator went to a nearby home to help out as a nurse...and she said she lost ten of her patients in the two weeks she was there. We've been lucky here so far...no cases in this place.
ReplyDeleteHubby and I are at home most of the time, but it has been rough on the children (one in university and the other grade 12). Trying to be patient and make the best of it.
ReplyDeleteLots and lots of jigsaw puzzles and doing some vegetable gardening too!
ReplyDeleteI am doing okay with it but I am more of a homebody anyway.
ReplyDeleteI miss shopping and going to restaurants. I never thought I would feel lonely cause I have lived alone since 18.
ReplyDeleteI am missing my grandkids!! I had them for six weeks and homeschooled and planned fun activities, but their mom has them back now and I am missing them as well as a set routine! I also miss seeing my grown kids. I'm a diabetic and trying to play it safe, but my husband works as a corrections officer and there are positive cases among staff where he works. I hope we all are able to stay safe!! Thanks for this generous chance!
ReplyDeleteOverall I'm doing ok, but missing hanging out with my friends and hugging my parents and grandparents.
ReplyDeleteI am handling it pretty well. I miss spending time family and friends. But I am keeping sane by facetiming them, reading, and catching up on tv shows I haven't watched in a long while.
ReplyDeletei have been reading a lot to keep my mind off things
ReplyDeleteI miss going out to restaurants and I badly need a haircut, but when I think about what has happened to people like Floyd Cardoz and Nick Cordero, I remember how important it is to stay home and stay distant and I don't feel like whining at all.
ReplyDeleteWe are doing fine staying home because it's the safest thing for our family. We are keeping busy with project and cooking eals and desserts together!
ReplyDeleteI've been working from home, so I've kept myself very busy, but I'm also more stressed.
ReplyDeleteI do still go to work so that helps
ReplyDeleteI am a big home body usually. But I miss my grandkids. My teen son is really bored at home.
ReplyDeleteI'm kinda manic really - 1 second I am good and dealing then a couple mins or hours later - WHAMMO!!! - scared, then anxious then upset then not feeling like I am a good mother, then worried about the future of the world then I swear I'm hungry - I am going to come out of this totally grey haired and 50 pounds heavier.
ReplyDeleteMishelle
A bit stressed, but I can mange for now.
ReplyDeleteJust taking it day by day. Staying away from the news more & all the angry posts on facebook. It takes me most of my day to do schoolwork & keep the house clean.
ReplyDeleteI'm handling it better than I was, getting more used to it so not so stressed.
ReplyDeleteI'm doing way better than I thought I would. My daughter on the other hand misses school.
ReplyDeleteMost days I do okay but sometimes I get tired of being home by myself.
ReplyDeleteWe're taking it one day at a time... honestly though, I'm very much a homebody anyway, so it hasn't changed our life much.
ReplyDeleteOrganizing and cleaning.
ReplyDeleteit's been really hard on my ability to work.. all the kids are home, it's so loud, etc... they are fine though!
ReplyDeletewere managing ive figured out zoom the kid is getting work done ive managed to get work done we are doing okay missing the world but doing okay
ReplyDeleteI'm telecommuting, so that's keeping me sane.
ReplyDeleteI am doing ok, but I am really tirec of this nonsense.
ReplyDeleteWe are doing well! We spend a lot of time outdoors in our backyard!
ReplyDeleteWe are doing okay. We have so many projects going on at home, just got a puppy, and are about to finish up the homeschool year. Definitely looking forward to summer!
ReplyDeleteI've been listening to a lot of audiobooks to help keep me sane.
ReplyDeleteIt depends on the day. Sometimes my kids love homeschooling and we accomplish a lot, other days we can't ssem to wrap our heads around it.
ReplyDeleteI was made for this.
ReplyDeleteI'm home all the time so it doesn't bother me.
ReplyDeleteRelax jam to tunes and watch dvr and help a bunch remotely
ReplyDeleteWe been doing ok. Lots of crafts and activities along with educational learning. I miss my family and friends but we all.are happy and safe and able to facetime for the time being
ReplyDelete8 1/2 weeks isolating at home. I miss swimming 3 times a week. I'm reading lots of books.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the contest.
We are at level two now soon and had no new cases in New Zealand today so I am very happy .
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling is not going so great the last couple of days to be honest so, we are taking a break from it this week. I've been reading more and the kid is enjoying the pool a lot! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to focus. And I'm scared to go back to work
ReplyDeleteI'm out gardening everyday we had a rainbow today which looked amazing and it wasn't raining. We've been in over 2 months its ok plan on it till the fall. My son has a heart transplant so will be safe.
ReplyDeleteWe are doing o k staying at home watching t v and movies
ReplyDeleteMy wife and I are still working but it has affected our business for sure catching up on movies when we are off
ReplyDeleteI am keeping my health through healthy food, supplements, exercise and reading.
ReplyDeleteIt's been really hard to stay home, fully alone for the past 4 weeks now... I'm really looking forward to going back to work!
ReplyDeleteIt is getting tougher and I think time to relax the restrictions and get back to work before we all go bankrupt
ReplyDeleteI am handling it pretty well and only going out when I need to get something. The social distancing part of it with not being able to see family and friends is getting difficult.
ReplyDeleteI did adopt a puppy so that is keeping me very busy. LOL
Just been staying home and getting some things done on my long TODO list.
ReplyDeleteSorry I'm no help.Six people in household and five of us work.
ReplyDeleteIm a medical worker; so I haven't been off. It's lonely at home after work - im feeling pretty down missing family and friends.
ReplyDeleteWe are glad it is spring, because as long as the weather is nice, we've been spending a lot of time outside playing and planting a garden.
ReplyDeleteI’ve enjoyed working from home. I am taking the month of May off work as I had a hip replacement last week. I walk outside a lot and keep store
ReplyDeleteI am not able to stay home. We are still going to work and kids are going to day care.
ReplyDeleteI am a nurse so I have been working with this for a while. I pray first thing in the morning, every morning. God is our protector. Praying that you and your family are safe. God Bless
ReplyDeleteCatching up on school work and family time!
ReplyDeletemia2009(at)comcast(dot)net
Struggling as my wife is pregnant (due September) so not allowed to attend scans.
ReplyDeleteTrying to focus only on one day at a time but it's hard. We need to move but it's hard to think about buying and selling a house at this time.
ReplyDeleteI stay home anyway so I don't have too many problems with this pandemic. My boyfriend was out of work for a couple of weeks which was both good and bad...lol. I can't wait to go to a restaurant especially one with a good salad bar
ReplyDeleteI am doing ok. Its def a challenge with the kids but we are making the best out of it. Thank you
ReplyDeleteWe are doing ok, we are staying busy by playing games, gardening and crafting. We are still going stir crazy sometimes lil
ReplyDeleteFrankly, I'm having no problems with it: with internet and all, I keep connect with my friends and family members easily. Working from home isn't that bad, either.
ReplyDeleteI have handled it well. Staying at home is not a problem for me. I am kind of nervous going out into the world right now. I'm at a bad age to catch the virus.
ReplyDeleteI am staying busy by organizing tools in my shed.
ReplyDeleteI am doing ok, since I have been going thru chemo I have been social distancing since November due to cold/flu season. Now it is harder since I have to help 5 kids with their distance learning work on top of chemo so it is interesting to say the least.
ReplyDeleteI am a bit of a homebody, so staying home hasn't been too bad. I have delved into video games and that eats up hours. I need to get busy on some projects.
ReplyDeleteI am doing ok. We are going for walks and playing board games and doing things like diamond painting.
ReplyDeleteWe try to stay as active as possible. We are both in healthcare trying to not burn out.
ReplyDeleteWe are doing ok and trying to keep up with the news.
ReplyDeleteI am just trying to stay busy at home.
ReplyDeleteits been really hard
ReplyDeleteHave you seen those memes on Facebook about not knowing your life was actually like a quarantine until you realized it hasn't changed at all during this pandemic? Yeah, that's me. Other than my kids being home and doing the online homeschooling (which isn't fun, btw), my life has remained relatively the same.
ReplyDeleteI'm actually doing pretty good. Been reading more, cleaning a bit, and just kinda having a stay-cation. It's great. :)
ReplyDeleteWe've done pretty good I've been working this whole time still just trying to keep safe and healthy
ReplyDeleteWorking from home in NY so it will be that way for awhile!
ReplyDeleteit is starting to get rough
ReplyDeleteI'm doing ok. I'm with my family and still working, so I'm doing a lot better than most.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't changed the way we live or go about life.
ReplyDeleteWe are doing OK. My husband and I are both retired, so we're home anyway. We usually are pretty busy in the summer, but all our summer activities have been cancelled. We miss our grandkids.
ReplyDeleteDoing pretty good, essential worker here so we're going as strong as we can in my house!
ReplyDeleteWe are ok. Just going out for groceries and pay our bills. Playing games, reading books and watching tv to keep busy until we can go outside to garden
ReplyDeleteI am doing okay, it is getting a little better because now we can go camping.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I are retired so my life has not changed all that much.
ReplyDeleteI was a MESS at first! I have horrible medical anxiety. I was misdiagnosed by doctors for years while my skull deteriorated. I finally got the right diagnosis (Arnold-Chiari) and had brain surgery, but I'm definitely a hypochondriac now. What has been helping me is not reading the articles about the virus, not watching the news and getting a lot of outdoor time. I started walking 4.5 miles 4-5 days a week and reading more books.
ReplyDeleteThe hardest part is not being able to hug our grandkids. We are very thankful that we are healthy.
ReplyDeleteKeeping busy and staying postive. All is well.
ReplyDeleteI'm fine with social distancing. I'm not especially social but I do miss my family. I have to work, but it's safe - I'm confined to my office (restroom attached) and I have a fridge for my lunch and drinks.
ReplyDeleteI work at a hospital, so I'm still able to get out, but I definitely miss seeing people for fun. Lots of sleep and catching up on Netflix!
ReplyDeleteDoing fine here. I've been training for this my whole life lol
ReplyDeleteI am handling it well. I worry about everyone of course, but as for staying home, I am blessed. I am able to do my full time job online but it isn't taking up anywhere near a full 8 hours a day. I am able to work an essential job one or two nights a week for extra money and getting lots of time to read and rest. Stay safe!
ReplyDeleteProbably handling it as well as anyone else. The part I like is that life got simpler like it was when I was growing up in the 50's and 60's. My adult sons and their families were the go all the time. Since this has happened they call often and want to talk for a very long time. It seems like family is more valued. I feel for all the moms and dads who have to home school their children while trying to work from home and for all the people out of work. Really concerned about all of them!!! Rosanne
ReplyDeleteI am trying to kip fit and doing a lot of physical exercises at home.
ReplyDeleteI am managing very well have 4 that I’m training so that takes up a lot of the day.
ReplyDeleteBeing retired, I'm not noticing a great deal of difference but I do miss shopping and getting together with family and friends.
ReplyDeleteThankfully, I have my husband who is my best friend to hang out with. We have chosen to just have close contact with our daughter's family, who are also self isolating. Thankfully, none of us has been sick. It really helps that we recently moved to a restored farmhouse that sits on the property with five working farms. We can enjoy the farms ourselves and our grandchildren are loving feeding a lamb, making friends with the sheep and chickens and, just yesterday, they got to see the 200 little chicks that are in their incubator in the barn.
ReplyDeleteI have been spending more time with my kids
ReplyDeleteI'm working from home so I have been very busy, it does get annoying at times but I go out for walks every day
ReplyDeleteI'm a veteran at social distancing lol, but even i am getting cabin fever. So daughter, son in law and I have planted a garden, put in a brick patio, painted outdoor furniture, plus did some indoor repairs.... So far.
ReplyDeleteI'm a great Hunker Downer. Cooking and relaxing.
ReplyDeleteI'm doing mostly okay with the stay at home rules but sometimes I just want to be alone without all the family there.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to stay positive and taking one day at a time.
ReplyDeleteI'm doing fine, but getting very bored being home all the time.
ReplyDeleteWatching more tv and online more.
ReplyDeleteI'm so darn bored and ready to be done with it!
ReplyDeleteBeing a parent is already a job where you wear many hats but now with school and added meals and fighting boredom, it's definitely been a lot! I'm trying to keep things as fun and positive as I can for my kid because this is all so much for them to go through.
ReplyDeleteI am reading and gardening.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you! It has been hard working from home and trying to keep these kids on track with school. I can't wait to go back to normal!
ReplyDeleteHanging in there so far---I've been hiding in my room and reading a lot. lol. :) School is almost out so then that pressure will be off for at least a while!
ReplyDeleteSpending lots of time outside in the sunshine. Weeding, planting and reorganizing the yard for a better landscape look. Enjoying more books, eating foods from our freezer - finally able to see the back of it!
ReplyDeleteI kind of like being home more because I have more time to exercise and do things I normally couldn't do. I sometimes miss the kids being in school though.
ReplyDeleteNot handling everything well at all. I am so done with it!
ReplyDeleteJust enjoying staying how with my family.
ReplyDeleteI'm just hanging on with all of this. When things really start getting to me I just tell myself that things could be a lot lot worse. Then I feel bad for feeling bad.
ReplyDeleteI stay at home anyway so that part hasn’t been much different. I do use extra safeguards when I have to go to the store because I do not want the virus and I now live with my Mother, and she is 77, though you wouldn’t know it looking at her. I am enjoying my youngest daughter being home. She is a senior at Ole Miss and classes have been canceled through summer we know. She hadn’t been home for this length of time since she moved away to college and I am going to miss her not being here when life resumes.
ReplyDeleteWe are enjoying the opportunity to spend extra quality time with each other - loving having the family around.
ReplyDeleteWe're a family of hunkers so we're used to this. HOWEVER, I miss going to the store when I want. I shop online 2x/month.
ReplyDeleteI'm a natural introvert, as are my husband and sons, so we are doing really well. It helps that the weather has been nice so we can go for walks and sit on the patio. The hardest part is the distance learning, but my sons are older teens and self-manage, although they are finding it hard to stay motivated.
ReplyDeleteStill working.
ReplyDeleteI am moving so have not social distants very well.....
ReplyDeleteNot much has changed as I'm an indoor person.
ReplyDeleteI spend this time cooking and reading a lot LOL ♥
ReplyDeleteI am loving the extra family time.
ReplyDeletemostly sane, but antsy
ReplyDeleteI am so bored staying at home.
ReplyDeleteworking from home now and caring for my son and mother,we are ok with being in with my mother just having major surgery for cancer and my son has autism, and he prefer be indoors away from large crowds ,so life is good
ReplyDeleteWorking from home with my wife. I miss my parents and friends.
ReplyDeletei'm enjoying working from home but i miss not having the freedom to visit with people
ReplyDeleteHonestly? Everything sucks! This "distance learning" thing is so not happening. Just trying to survive day to day.
ReplyDeleteMy kid has gone so far as to take naps to avoid school work. NEVER would she be caught napping normally!
DeleteI am lonely.
ReplyDeleteEverything's running smooth. My kids have been great!!
ReplyDeletekdraebellamy(at)yahoo(dot)com
I'm definitely not loving it. Thankfully my kids are slowwwwly starting to get along better. Luckily I work 2 days a week so I'm "out there," but it's not the same and PA has a mask order for everywhere. I'm ready for it to be done!
ReplyDeletestayng low...hanging out in the yard..walking...rollerblading. just staying active!
ReplyDeleteI been working since this all started. I work in housekepping at our local hospital. On my days off I been staying inside and readingbdoing stuff around the house.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to get more active and do more self care since the outbreak.
ReplyDeleteI've been working in the yard a lot and keeping in touch with family by phone.
ReplyDeleteAt the moment I feel like a social distancing expert. I dont think things will return to normal soon,
ReplyDeleteBeen training for this for years-easy peasy! Littles are fine, safe and happy so any time they go bananas just be grateful they are able to.
ReplyDeleteI’m starting to go stir crazy. It’s hard to see other states out & about and back to normal (packed beaches, eating out). I would love to just get my hair done, but we can’t until June. My husband works in the healthcare field, so I understand why this has to be....
ReplyDeleteWe're doing pretty good. I was already homeschooling my son so the hasn't changed and now that the weather is warming up we can do more things outside.
ReplyDeleteI'm doing okay at staying home but going a little stir crazy but having a hard time in the grocery store with people still trying to crowd around me even though there are guide lines in place, can't find the things I need the shelves are empty, and I wear a mask but the majority of people don't and I keep trying to go the long way around people to avoid any contact.
ReplyDeleteBeen loving being off of work the last few weeks - a well deserved vacation for me.
ReplyDeleteWe're doing pretty good. I work from home, I cook every day, I am hiking with a small group of friends.
ReplyDeleteI am on a roller coaster of emotions, up and down.
ReplyDeleteIt’s been a little rough my son is a senior in high school ,so that’s been tough. His graduation will be virtual.my daughter who is 15 is missing her friends.my husband and youngest daughter are home bodies by nature so they are loving it.im not ...I love being out .i love your dinosaur emojis .natbelinsky@verizon.net
ReplyDeleteI work as a caregiver for the elderly. Sadly I only make $11 an hour. I would make so much more money and be safer if I was unemployed but I do love my job and care for my client. I wish there was more nnb of an incentive to continue to work because financially it does not make sense for me.
ReplyDeleteI am loving it, no getting up early to get ready for work, no make up etc. Just brush my hair and teeth, and get to work!! I work 10hr days 6 days a week so it's nice not to commute as well.
ReplyDeleteI teach online so I'm doing okay. I don't have to worry about day care or something like that, which is a relief.
ReplyDeletestaying home and watching tv
ReplyDeleteI am trying to get some things around the home fixed and spend time with kids so it is busy.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love having all this time with my son- We have been puzzling, binge Netflix shows, video games, baking,
ReplyDeleteRoutine! If I just let them do whatever, craziness breaks loose lol
ReplyDeleteWe are getting to that point where one of us is NOT going to make it out of this alive. My usually shy quiet child..... WILL NOT SHUT UP!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am working from home so other than not having to commute my days are pretty much the same. I am actually enjoying the extra time at home.
ReplyDeleteI'm doing better than I thought I would be, but I've been sick all of May which is very tiring - but also means that I wouldn't be doing much anyway. LOL I'm trying to find fun things to do at home - reading, being crafty, etc.
ReplyDelete-Lauren

Honestly, I'm pretty introverted, so I'm kinda loving it (other than, you know, the whole pandemic thing...)
ReplyDeleteI'm doing okay. My kids are I are going out for walks and enjoying each other's company.
ReplyDeleteI have actually been able to do things that I used to do like reading more. Enjoying nature and just trying to relax.
ReplyDeleteWe are handling it pretty well for the most party, however, we are all getting the itch to get out.
ReplyDeleteI am home a lot, but since my grandson does not come as often because Mom out of work my yard is looking really good.
ReplyDeleteI'm not handling it well, honestly. I miss my Church family and I just miss getting out.
ReplyDeleteI work from home so social distancing is not a problem. Trying to make the best out of a bad situation.
ReplyDeletehow you are handling this social distancing and staying at home thing?
ReplyDeletewell i'm a Gamer so i'm fine gaming all day........
I'm staying same by social media! Thanks for sharing this giveaway with us!
ReplyDeleteI am diabetic so we are staying home as much as possible and always wearing a mask outside.
ReplyDeleteI was working up until 2 weeks ago. I was laid off due to lack of work. I'm praying that I get to go back soon but hate that I have to start all over.
ReplyDeleteI have been on relying on TV, IPad, Prayers and Snacks (TIPS) Thanks for the giveaway.💕💋
ReplyDeleteI am just staying at home as much as possible. I am taking a lot of walks outside.
ReplyDeleteI traveled from Cleveland to Boston via car with my son-in-law (SIL) to take care of 2 grandsons while their parents work full time from home. My SIL is also going to law school full time remotely. He had a mock jury trial on Zoom that was a tie. My 8 year old grandson is starting to get used to Zoom meetings with his teacher twice a week, extra Zoom Classes on coding and Math plus SeeSaw for class assignments. There was quite a learning curve for getting on board with the remote learning. The 19 month grandson loves reading board books on my lap and does art work by not eating too many crayon tips. We go on walks and wear masks for dense situations.
ReplyDeleteIt hasn't been too bad despite 3 people and 4 cats in a small two bedroom apt. I work and they stay out of my way. It's the cats who like to drape on me and my laptop that's getting a little old.
ReplyDeleteIt's been a little hard. My hubby is laid off and am waiting on unemployment to be approved. I've been home with the family, which has been a plus! Everyone is ready to move on and enjoy the summer!
ReplyDeleteI'm actually working (nurse) outside of the house. It's been as fun as one can imagine lol
ReplyDeleteI live in NYC so the hardest part was not having outdoor play. Other than that it hasn't been that bad. I'm a homebody naturally and I'm a stay at home Mom so being at home has been fine. I got Covid-19 very early on so I haven't been stressed about getting it so much since.
ReplyDelete
