    ReplyDelete
  4. Spending more time at home and trying to keep my sanity.

    ReplyDelete
  5. We're staying home, grocery shopping once a week and watching a lot of TV. The only thing that upsets me is lack of meat at the grocery store.

    ReplyDelete
  6. I'm single with no kids and still working so not much has changed for me.

    ReplyDelete
  7. It is not that much of a change for me. I am a retired lady who lives alone with fur baby. I still take fur baby to the park daily (weather permitting) and go to the grocery store once a week. That's really all I need. I have been socially distancing myself voluntarily for years. Just never knew it had a name. Come to think of it, I've never had the flu (despite never having a flu shot) and I've not even had a cold since I began working from home years ago. The last time I was sick is when my husband and I went to Las Vegas for Christmas many years ago. Maybe there is something to be said for social distancing after all!

    ReplyDelete
  8. Were all home, spending a lot of time playing games, watching TV and drawing

    ReplyDelete
  9. Up until now I've been okay with staying at home with my family, however the past few days, I've been getting antsy and wanting to go somewhere...anywhere...just to get out. But I know how important it is to keep us safe and others safe.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  15. I've homeschooled my kids for most of their lives so having them home is actually nice.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Ya know, I try to stay home, but when you work in fast food, it's hard! We are wearing masks and when I work drive through, I do try to change my gloves between every car, or at least every 5.. Sometimes they're back to back so I sanitize my gloves. I have no choice but to go to work though, I can't afford not to!

Homeschooling is going "okay". My older boys want to play games all day.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Since I live on a farm in a rural area social distancing is pretty much normal for me. My biggest issue right now is being able to get supplies and food to us as we cannot get to the store.

    ReplyDelete
  18. We are staying home! We take the dog for a walk in the am. Do a chalk mural on one sidewalk square a day and go for a bike ride. This is our normal day.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Well, I'm in a nursing home doing physical therapy after a serious illness. I'm pretty close to going home, but I guess I'm here until social distancing is done. These are not happy places in the best of times and right now they're very unhappy. We haven't had a case yet, thank God. In KY, where we are, the Governor has ordered that we all now stay in our rooms. Staff have to wear N95 masks at all times. As you can imagine, we are really going stir crazy. And it's so hard on those with memory issues. They miss familiar faces and want to wander the halls, which they can't do. And my physical therapy has to take place in my room. It's an experience, lol.

    ReplyDelete

I am using this time to paint, sew, read books, watch movies, bake... do house repairs... sleep when I want to.. love it.

    ReplyDelete
  50. We live way out in the country and homeschool so life hasn't changed much. It's stressful knowing there's so much uncertainty in the world though. I spend time in my garden - that helps me feel better.

    ReplyDelete

We do spend a lot of time at the zoo, library, dance class, etc, so the kids are definitely missing those activities though. My husband is working from home even though he is essential (engineer for power company), so its been nice to see him more! Getting groceries has been difficult just because its been hard to find things we need at one store.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I am trying to exercise more and have gotten back into drawing graphite drawings of people and animals.

    ReplyDelete

I have a few more things on the honey do list but I'm afraid to tell him since he's already been so helfpul

    ReplyDelete
  95. I was doing ok with it all, I've had good days and bad days. I've got 2 children home - 1 from uni who seems to be becoming a night owl (up all night sleep till 4 pm) and the other a crazy emotional 17 yr old who is either up or crazy sad... I've been learning new things to teach him things for school. Yesterday was bad... too much interaction with my ex, I had to go grocery shopping and it is so crazy weird by the time I left I was a mess. My sister and I are arguing, my Mom always sides with her...

  175. I am working from home, which is challenging. In addition, I am staying sane by going out walking, running or biking every nice day. Sometimes I meet up with a friend, being sure to stay at least 6 ft. apart while enjoying the fresh air.

  176. Lots of yard work and cleaning the house

  177. I don't mind the stay at home order so much as the social distancing. I really miss my family. We are close and usually get together once or twice a week.

  193. My husband and I are still having to work. Most of my office is working from home but I have to be there to answer the phone. It's hard not being able to just get up and go to the store just because. I also miss going out to eat. My girls are both doing school online but they are older so they do it all themselves.
